To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金華冰廳一向畀旅客大推，基本上係佢地必食茶餐廳，weekend 食個早餐都一定要搭枱。如果唔駛等位，又想食個新鮮出爐既包，我都會入呢間食個靚早餐。呢個個早餐同同區既茶餐廳唔同，早餐set 係唔包多士/方包既，但好均真地，佢畀晒腸仔、火腿同蛋三款野。基本上咁食都夠飽。沙嗲牛肉麵 $38：牛肉唔會乸到爛晒，公仔麵唔係淋晒炸菜肉絲米 $38：炸菜唔會好鹹，麵餐最重要加辣油，味道即刻提升返菠蘿包$8：一定一定要吼住出爐先叫，d姐姐好好，你講明畀個熱既，佢會同你講再等下/畀個夠熱既你。菠蘿包外層酥脆，唔會一咬就碎到一地都係；內部唔係食空氣，真材實料。如果你同人share，可以request 分兩分，佢會幫你切得靚靚仔仔。
