湘蜀人家我試咗一間中國風裝潢的餐館,主打川菜,便嚐了幾道精緻的川菜。首先是干煸肥腸,這道菜的豬肥腸經過炸至表面酥脆,入口後卻保持著豐富的肉香和嚼勁,而且唔咸。配上很多炒辣椒,增添了一抹辣味和香氣,讓整道菜更加開胃。接下來是常德大盤茄子炆豆角。這道菜的茄子炆得非常軟糯,搭配上豆角的清爽口感,兩者相互襯托,非常搭配。第三道是水煮鮮魚片。這道菜以鮮嫩的魚片為主角,搭配上辣椒和花椒的獨特風味,吃起來麻辣鮮香,非常開胃。魚片保持了魚肉鮮甜味,而且沒吃到魚骨,口感極佳。裏面亦有一些配料:粉條、芽菜、萵筍等,使菜式的口感更豐富、味道更多元化。👍🏻最後是甜品:紅糖糍粑,外脆內軟,而且糍粑本身有一定的彈性,入口後輕輕咀嚼,可以感受到它的綿密口感,加上紅糖的香甜味道,令人食指大動😍
