今日去咗一間灣仔串燒店,喺門口見到個裝修都幾吸引,座位都係吧枱形式。日式燒北寄貝,自家熬製醬汁,中間有柚子皮,北寄貝入口彈牙,個汁非常鮮味。日本阿波美雞翼,皮脆肉特別厚,咬開充滿肉汁,真係要叫多一串!雞尾油分唔會過重,入口充滿油脂香。厚切牛舌蕊,旁邊有話梅陳醋,入口彈牙,又有肉香,十足午餐肉一樣。這裏名物海老雞皮蝦紫蘇,外皮焦香,雞油滲入蝦肉,入口彈牙又有油香,紫蘇葉吃落又減低油膩感。月見免治雞串,入口鬆化,有雞軟骨,加強口感,點埋個生雞蛋及佢哋嘅秘製汁,非常惹味!燒白鱔,果皮燒得非常香脆又焦香,肉質有油份,口感彈牙。雞肩肉配柚子胡椒,雞肉結實有囗感,食到雞的鮮甜味。雞腸-慢慢咀嚼,口腔會滲出肉香。厚楊豆腐,先炸後燒,外皮金黃,中間豆腐依然粉嫩。和牛腹肉,肉質幼嫩,有牛肉香。燒北海道白粟米,生食就食得多,今次經過炭火燒烤,又有另一種風味。日本金時番薯,入口軟糯,甜度十足,甜品一樣甜。餐廳氣氛非常好,食物非常有心思,用料絕對出色!
