To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鰹魚汁茄子呢一個係見無咩人會叫，但其實係超級好食嘅蒼海遺珠。呢個係一個凍食的茄子，茄子吸滿哂好好味的鰹魚汁，但又唔會浸到淋哂，無哂口感。夏天食係非常非常之消暑。我每次黎無論一個人定同一班朋友，都會叫一碟。濃茄牛肉+燴牛肉汁蛋包飯可能第一之黎嘅朋友都會俾個手打漢堡扒吸引到，但真正識食的朋友一定係叫濃茄牛肉+燴牛肉汁蛋包飯。因為咖哩黎講，自己屋企都可以煮到，唔洗特別出街食。但日式茄牛汁同燴牛汁就比較少機會煮到。首先茄牛係非常開胃，佢同港式的茄牛唔同，唔會有一粒蕃茄俾你見到，但酸酸甜甜配上牛肉又夾又好味！超級好送飯。食完開胃的茄牛汁，就可以食燴牛汁，燴牛汁比茄牛汁更香濃，次次食完都好想問下啲店完點整！ 總括黎講，貓眼係每一次去灣仔都會想去食的飯堂。

濃茄牛肉+燴牛肉汁蛋包飯
可能第一之黎嘅朋友都會俾個手打漢堡扒吸引到，但真正識食的朋友一定係叫濃茄牛肉+燴牛肉汁蛋包飯。因為咖哩黎講，自己屋企都可以煮到，唔洗特別出街食。但日式茄牛汁同燴牛汁就比較少機會煮到。

首先茄牛係非常開胃，佢同港式的茄牛唔同，唔會有一粒蕃茄俾你見到，但酸酸甜甜配上牛肉又夾又好味！超級好送飯。

食完開胃的茄牛汁，就可以食燴牛汁，燴牛汁比茄牛汁更香濃，次次食完都好想問下啲店完點整！

總括黎講，貓眼係每一次去灣仔都會想去食的飯堂。
