To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

貓之眼主打蛋包飯，而佢哋嘅醬汁主要有四款，分別係咖哩豬肉、燴牛肉汁、濃茄牛肉同埋忌廉雞肉，另外可以同和牛漢堡配搭。今次就除咗忌廉雞肉之外嘅醬汁都試哂啦！首先係CATS’ EYE 特選1，咖哩豬好香甜豬肉胸嫩，就咁食都非常惹味！更加適合送飯嘅濃茄牛肉唔會酸，而牛筋肉係經過八小時烹煮後已經變到非常軟嫩！而牛肉汁＋和牛漢堡蛋包飯嘅燴牛肉汁的確重牛味，牛肉片口感一流！醬汁之外嘅和牛漢堡成個拳頭咁大，入口即化又重牛肉味，加埋用紅酒煮嘅濃汁真係好正！其實本身想試埋佢哋好出名嘅雞蛋布丁，但原來中午無嘅就下次再試啦！
