今晚老公話要去食炒小菜,所以去左灣仔駒記食。我今次叫左上次食唔到的椒鹽瀨尿蝦。不但用上大量炸蒜粒,而且份量都十足有成十幾隻瀨尿蝦,唔怪得老公話要黎食,因為真係炸得很夠火候,沒有一點油膩的感覺。之後,叫左菠蘿生炒骨 ,不但將排骨炸得香脆,而且炸漿調教得好好,不但令炸皮外層軟脆,更可保留排骨肉汁,相信只有這裡才能食出如此美味可口的生炒骨,最後,老公叫了柴魚花生粥,不但用上大量柴魚所煲,而且還落了冬菜,令平平無奇的白粥產生濃香的魚味,實在係必叫之選。總括來說,灣仔有炒小菜地方唔少,但要好食相信只有駒記。
