自從上次食過板神喺觀塘嘅分店之後就迷上咗,得之原來佢喺港島仲有其他分店,當然諗都唔諗即刻book曬佢啦🤗今次去咗灣仔分店,呢度成三十樓高,個view非常正而且好有私隱度,靜係食個靚景都值返,不過可惜我食嗰日唔好天☹️餐廳做緊假日午市優惠所以我地揀咗特選美國牛肉(薄燒)午餐,連埋加一都只係四百蚊一位姐,相當掋食👍🏻唔單止閒日13:45之後入座有八折,weekend指定套餐第二個仲有半價優惠,遲啲有機會要再試先得!清新嘅沙律前菜,夠曬開胃🌱我地一陣嘅主菜,望到都流曬口水了🤤望住師傅煮野都係一種享受😎燒到金黃色嘅帶子,上面仲加咗黑松露點綴一吓😛師傅將銀鱈魚煎到好香,而且仲專登起咗塊皮佢煎香佢🐟 嫩滑嘅魚肉加上香脆嘅魚皮成咗令到成個味道即刻昇華曬♨️喺中間嘅部份先有少少骨,而且完全冇腥味,唔鐘意食魚嘅朋友都可以試吓🤓師傅燒之前預先去除曬蝦嘅殻同腸,所以食落去都好方便,啱曬我呢啲懶人🤪而且隻蝦燒完之後仲放得好整齊,加埋啲配菜點綴一吓真係好靚好好睇🥰咬落去淡淡都係肉,十分香口彈牙燒完之後和牛會放喺一塊麵包下邊,主要係為咗索走牛嘅油份😯 師傅燒牛肉燒得好有功架,全程飯睇住師傅燒都係一個享受🤤🤤套餐連埋嘅
