回想上次食蟹粥的時候,應該是去澳門官也街的那一次,最近去了一間餐廳「一番風味」位於銅鑼灣。裝潢以舊香港風貌為主,簡單的中式餐館佈置。🌇🍽見每桌食客都必有一煲蟹粥,當然我也要點選啦。最後點選了:「招牌蟹粥$328」、「脆皮牛腩$88」、「薑汁芥蘭$58」。🦀🍲🐂🍖🌱「招牌蟹粥」應該是餐廳必點的菜式啦。價錢就是以時價計算,當天的價錢是$328。份量亦不少,足夠5-6人進食。蟹粥整煲都是橙黃色的,吃得出有好多蟹膏混和粥內,亦有一隻原隻大膏蟹,蟹拑亦算大隻,可以算是啖啖肉。味道亦不會過份濃味,吃得出蟹膏蟹肉的鮮味。🦀🍲「脆皮牛腩」驚喜的一道菜,因為牛腩外皮炸至金黃色,入口鬆軟不韌,外脆內軟,味道剛剛好。🐂🍖「薑汁芥蘭」薑汁味道不算太重,但芥蘭入口爽甜,很新鮮的感覺。🌱「餐牌」我已經影左上載至openrice既「餐牌」入面啦,方便大家查閱相關菜式。📋
