日熹樓用西方 Tapas 小碟形式,精心製作京川滬經典菜式,尤其適合多人分享,獨創「百碟宴」,配上紅白酒、啤酒或雞尾酒,意念創新,價錢合理。一行十多人到來日熹樓,先來多款涼菜,薰蛋煙燻味幽香,溏心度剛好,加了蟹籽增加口感。涼拌海蜇爽口,七里香醉乳鴿賣相靚,但我認為醉香味道不及醉雞。 宮保蝦球辣度夠,蔥油雞嫩滑,蔥爆羊肉、回鍋肉、雪菜毛豆百頁及碧綠的炒窩筍絲也有水準,醬茶鴨則一般,或許因為冰鮮鴨鴨味遜色有所影響。 菜肉末配叉子燒餅是我其中至愛,肉末不會死鹹而餅做得新鮮脆口,灌湯小籠包及生煎包也充滿湯汁,最後麵食點了羊肉麵及排骨上海粗炒,味道一樣好。 甜點選了足料芝麻卷及荸薺餅,以馬蹄、椰絲、花生及奶黃作內餡,像煎堆的外型十分討好。 老闆是源記第二代,日熹樓順理成章供應馳名糖水,六款糖水包括桑寄生蓮子蛋茶,陳皮紅豆沙,陳皮綠豆沙,杏仁糊,芝麻糊,核桃糊,用祖傳秘方烹調而成的,一定有款合你心意,好滿足。
