早前四處周圍走走趴趴,誤打誤撞食到一餐不錯的下午茶。茶餐廳前枱有自家焗麵包、蛋撻等外賣,有幾位女士在排隊買包,典型港式風格:入內,見收銀的事頭婆幾好傾,她說這分店開了大概一年多。硬件屬一般清潔光良的茶餐廳格局,軟件食物與茶記大同小異,吸引我眼球的是其中它的常餐 D「即滾枸杞豬膶湯麵」$55先上有「櫻花蝦帶子炒蛋配多士」蛋炒得幾嫩滑,吃到少許奶香,也是炒蛋嫩滑的要素之一:櫻花蝦和帶子比較似是「聖誕」裝飾多於實際功能,沒有令味道有很大分別,眼感及心理上就感覺高貴了:脆丹麥多士是店自家製,已蠻重牛油香,不用自己再塗牛油,有些少似平面版「奶油豬」:主角出場,我也好耐無飲過枸杞滾豬膶湯了:今次用它來做湯底配丁麵,印象中除了蕃茄湯底,較少見用家庭式滾湯代替茶記速食湯底:豬潤剛熟,爽滑,完全無異味,不錯:夾埋枸杞加薑片一起吃,確有在家飲「滾湯」的感覺,清甜且味精感不重。因為是即滾,要等一會,飲完成身暖笠笠!麵是真 • 丁麵,爽口正常:加杯熱奶茶,用上黑白淡奶,甚香滑:可能我細食啦,食完成個餐都幾飽,$55 吃一頓有心思的常餐,抵食。
