To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黄金海岸酒店自助餐相当丰富，这里的三文鱼生夠新鲜，又肥美，是我的最愛。这里有戶外部分，在这有各种的燒烤食品，最好味的是烤雞翼，名火烧烤，一串串的雞翼烤得金黃美味，濃厚的蜜糖味填滿了整个雞翼，咬下去更有丰富的肉汁，而烤羊架也不錯，肥瘦比例适中，香而不羶，加上黑椒汁更正。而甜品一定不少得朱古力心太軟，内里浓厚的朱古力，一边吃一边流，真是滋味無窮。
