今日約咗舊同事係葵涌飲茶,飲咗茶就去左一間燒味店,名叫燒味滷師,店內大排長龍。然後斬燒味回家食😋咁夜晚就唔使煮咁多餸啦。至尊燒鵝嘅皮燒得好香脆,肉質嫩滑,肉帶汁唔錯,點上酸梅汁真係绝配,亦可解一解燒鵝嘅油膩!叉燒,入口有濃郁嘅蜜糖甜味,肉質紮實,但唔柴,個個喜歡,好快食曬。沙薑鹽焗雞,皮薄肉質嫩滑,食得出有沙薑味,但偏鹹啲啲,送飯一流。泰式鳯爪配海蜇,無骨鳳爪酸甜爽口,唔辣,海蜇爽口彈牙,好開胃👍🏻
