To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次推薦既餐廳位於長洲、雖然位置遠離市區，所以呢間餐廳更加比人一種隱世Cafe既感覺。加上好耐沒得去旅行但系又想食下正宗既西餐，所以就特登入來試下，順便行下街🤤我地揀左Chef’s table。感覺霸氣好高級。廚師好有心思。🤭《薯條$52》左邊係薯條，右邊係有齊三種滋味既醬汁，食既時候點、有曬三種口味、好正，口感很豐富。而且價錢合理、唔錯。《鮮果乳酪全日早餐 $108》鮮果乳酪要大大力推介，有藍莓🫐，士多啤梨🍓等等，配合奶酪特別開胃鮮甜。另外配煙三文魚 淡淡肉，每一淡都係滿足的滋味。😋焗豆 炒蛋 羅勒醬焗蕃茄 酸種麵包及沙律🐟仲有調味醋的清香。呢度真係打卡一流，超級好味又好睇。🍨🍰我同朋友菜式都覺得菜式好正宗，👫而且環境都幾好坐！
