廣告東道最出名就係名店多兼自由行多,所以對廣東道又愛又恨,但要在九龍區濕平揾食,始終第一時間就會去廣東道,貪佢夠集中,買乜食乜樣樣俱全。對於日本料理情有獨鍾的我,今次揾食的地方就是位於尖沙咀廣東道的流尚坊四樓浜燒Hamayaki Hiro,浜燒是即捕即燒的意思。浜燒雖然位於樓上舖,但勝在店面外有一大平台,方便煙民一族一邊進食一邊煲煙。浜燒的御飲約有四十餘款的選擇,大多數是日式飲品,例如日式清酒,日式啤酒或日式汽水等。天氣涼浸浸,都係先飲一杯熱熱的綠茶,先來前菜(炙燒平目魚邊沙律$138)有平目魚切片撈埋牛油果,青瓜片,小茄子,洋葱和雜菜,味道清淡開胃,薄薄的平目魚,入口新鮮嫩滑。特上盛壽司9種類premium assorted sushi($278),九款不同配搭的時今壽司。剌身盛5種類($468),時令既新鮮海鮮,用作魚生壽司或刺身食用,一樣咁美味可口,都係果句就係要新鮮。浜燒二人前($688)有帆立貝,蠔,蟹肉蟹膏,鮑魚和海老再加多隻日本魷魚,配青酒豉油作調味汁用明火燒烤,侍應一邊燒我地就一邊食,浜燒海鮮入口有淡淡的青酒香味,好味到我連生蠔燒烤完既汁都飲埋,唔好嘥料。原隻日本魷魚經

原隻日本魷魚經燒烤後甚有港式燴魷魚的香味,配些少薑蓉頗能刺激味蕾,燒烤香味幾尺外都聞得到。

最後再來一碗熱辣辣的稻庭烏冬($68),普通烏冬入口感覺似食上海粗麵條般,但稻庭烏冬入口彈牙煙靳,湯底加入紫菜香葱,味道ichiban. 食完之後推門行出平台,迎面吹來一陣風,真爽呢!
