身邊的朋友全部也拍拖了,當然不會正日慶祝,所以大家預早食韓燒慶~祝~聖~誕。又來到炑八,還是首推灣仔分店,我認為設施比較好。一入座已是例行的落泡菜蛋醬、粟米芝士,好美味。還有開胃的芝麻醬沙律,這個不能refill 架。我們4個女仔,就點了韓牛套餐$785 (for 3-4人)韓牛肩胛肉大八瓜魚韓國大蝦LA 牛骨特製護心肉厚切五花腩甕醃韓牛五花肉魷魚泡菜煎餅甕醃韓牛五花肉,第一次食「牛」五花肉,一條長長的五花肉,燒得金黃,七成熟,肉質有嚼勁夠juicy~魷魚泡菜煎餅,都幾薄唔會太厚太滯,個辣汁好花味,朋友說餅邊再煎脆點就完美。其他肉質、海鮮全放在兩層架韓牛肩胛肉大八爪魚韓國大蝦燒的時候已看到大蝦十分新鮮,加少少鹽調味就食得。韓牛肩胛肉,無論燒多久,肉質較為韌。大八爪魚會好易痴板,所以要加塊生菜墊底去燒就最好。我以相同方法燒蔬菜,果然仍然保持濕潤,不會乾爭爭。而大爪魚足鬚好大條,好有咬口,辣辣地但較鹹。LA 牛骨特製護心肉厚切五花腩好似粉刷咁厚的 厚切五花腩,最少一面燒5分鐘,再反另一面燒。肉質幾有嚼勁,經醃製更惹味,燒烤將多餘油脂迫走,所以整體沒有油膩的感覺。LA 牛骨較薄身易熟,質感薄
