湊湊終於喺荃灣開分店,喺佢仲裝修緊嘅時候我同先生已經好想食,終於等到佢開張,當然要帶埋兩老嚟朝聖一下!店面超大,望入去枱同枱之間空間感好夠,我哋六點半嚟到門口已經迫滿哂人,好彩屋企人一早拎定飛,唔係實有排等。老人家唔食得太辣,我哋揀咗鴛鴦鍋——珍鮮菌菇湯拼老四川風味麻辣湯,菌菇湯底鮮味十足,又濃又厚,配上任何食材都非常百搭;麻辣湯底冇想像中咁辣,而且辣得嚟唔嗆鼻,媽咪平時唔係好受得辣都食到,香味好濃,令人胃口大增。湯底一上枱侍應就為我哋加入鴨血同豆腐,食完仲可以無限量添加,鴨血非常入味,入口質感嫩滑。豆腐質感較為結實,中間有好多窿窿,吸引哂湯底嘅味道,唔錯。海鮮拼盤非常豪華,林林總總嘅海鮮密麻麻咁塞滿哂成個盤,有大蝦、三文魚、北寄貝、鮑魚、肉蟹、扇貝、帶子肉、蟶子同蜆,除咗份量大,仲好新鮮,特別係大蝦、扇貝同鮑魚。鮑魚切咗網格,更容易熟,放落湯底焯半分鐘,味道鮮甜,肉質爽口彈牙。美國特級牛小排油脂分佈均勻,入口充滿油香,質感細膩,雖然份量唔算多,但級數相當高。海鮮滑其實係蝦滑,加入大量菌菇茸,口感偏向軟滑,入口香氣四溢。蔬菜拼盤驟眼睇以為係一大個花盆,超級大份,生菜、白菜、皇帝菜、金菇

餐廳除咗主打台式火鍋,仲有台式手搖茶,當然要試下佢個大紅袍珍珠奶茶,茶味好香,伴上淡淡嘅奶味,佢嘅珍珠比平時食到嘅細粒啲,口感軟糯,但又唔會太腍,而且甜度適中,果然有驚喜。

最後當然唔少得梅子茶凍,口感清爽,同樣清新解膩。
湊湊俾人嘅整體感覺唔錯,食材質素高,特別係湯底同無限添加嘅鴨血同豆腐,雖然啱啱開張人氣超旺可能有少少亂,但相信吸收經驗後會越做越好。
