To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向都好鐘意食海南雞，知道西九龍廣場最近成了「海南雞戰場」，於是去朝下聖先😆！一去到8樓food court，好多人，好難先搵到位坐呀！再去巡一圈，數一數都差不多有10間店買到海南雞飯！😍 想逐一試晒真係要黎多幾次！最後揀左呢間店試下先，可能係星期六，等候時間都耐，不過為左食好嘢，唔緊要啦！雞的分量唔太多，但十分嫩滑，配上薑蓉和秘制辣汁好惹味，美中不足的是甜豉油太甜了。總結黎講，質素和味道係可以的，但就沒有太大驚喜。
