To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢道菜要預訂,唔訂未必無,訂咗就穩陣啲。由於我哋坐咗晌個角落位,所以,阿姐晌出面遠少少位置度片隻鴨,用咗隻「鴨仔」碟,配上大蔥、青瓜、甜麵醬,成份片皮鴨幾有睇頭。隻鴨燒得幾唔錯,皮脆肉嫩,油香豐腴,加埋啲配料以餅皮捲起嚟食,好有風味。不過,負責片皮嘅阿姐絕對好業餘,因為片到厚薄不一,有啲直情得層皮,有啲就連住嚿厚肉,多多少少都影響咗個口感。

叫得片皮鴨,無理由唔加少少錢揀二食,不過,話就話「七彩」,應該改為「銀翠」,因為喺以銀芽同韮菜去炒鴨絲。實際嚟講,炒得夠鑊氣,都幾好食,而且,大大碟夠份量。

話晒當喺賀年,梗喺食豪少少,所以,揀咗一客龍蝦,並加埋伊麵底(+$30)。講明喺澳洲貨,又標明會有幾重,感覺都有信心啲,出嚟嘅成品亦都好唔錯,睇落絕對足秤,龍蝦肉非常之爽彈,而且好鮮甜,用咗上湯焗,無芝士咁「漏」,不過,略嫌啲伊麵有少少碎濕濕。

一般嘅桂花糕賣相都比較晶瑩,但呢份桂花糕外觀就比較沉實啲,因為加咗紅豆,又喺可以講一個價錢食到紅豆糕同桂花糕。啲紅豆煮得幾綿,而且夠香甜,加咗桂花所以滲出陣陣桂花香,味道都幾夾。
