To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Omakase除講求新鮮及時令之外仲充滿驚喜,今日享用了上環新開的「鮨燐」午市十四貫寿司套餐都不過$400,今後又多一家飯堂了鮨燐以日式裝潢為主,用似魚鱗又似日式小屋屋頂瓦片作特色牆,環境舒適。我地坐於高枱位置,睇住師傅以功力做出一件又一件嘅寿司,肚未飽,已經飽受眼福!首先食沙律菜做前菜隨後就上茶碗蒸,蒸蛋入口嫩滑,配小量脆脆加強口感接下來就到十四貫寿司出場: 真鯛、針魚、赤貝、深海池魚、帶刀魚、梭子魚、金線鯛、銀雪魚、三文魚籽、凡立貝、北海道馬糞海膽、赤身、大拖羅、左口魚享受完十四貫寿司,還有麵食及雪糕。簡直係一個滿分嘅lunch set
