接下來的重頭戲為北海道活毛蟹及浜燒鱈場蟹腳,兩者各有千秋。前者肉質纖細、蟹膏濃郁,後者則肉質飽滿,一口一滿足。最重要是貼心的餐廳將蟹殼全部剪好,令客人剝蟹過程極為便捷,好適合我這種懶人。

蟹當然系重點,但被稱為「海中紅寶石的「喜之次亦絕對令人一食難忘。恰到好處的熟度,令這條🐟深海魚王的細膩嫩滑肉質,更能被完美呈現,吃下去魚脂四溢,但魚質又不易鬆散,鮮美非常,驚艷度不輸吃蟹。

加上濃厚北海道3.6奶凍,及芝味滿瀉的日式芝士蛋糕,說實在這餐這個價錢真覺得不太貴,比很多所謂很高級的Omekase划算多了,完全是捧著肚皮走的。
