尖沙咀間和牛燒肉純,入口附近陳列咗多款日本出產嘅酒精,睇落都幾吸引.餐廳燈光昏暗,氣氛唔錯.每張檯中間都嵌入咗日式網燒燒烤爐,而用嚟燒肉嘅鉗就設計得比較幼身,末端位置就比較尖,拎上手感覺比一般嘅鉗慳力.其中一本餐牌封面印咗熊本熊,好得意.呢個餐牌入面嘅肉類都係嚟自熊本縣.呢次我哋試咗四款和牛,先係汁燒和牛赤身肉,放晌爐上面輕輕燒兩邊就得,食落鬆化.鹽燒日本產和牛牛肩眼嘅牛味幾濃郁,對於嗜牛嘅人嚟講幾滿足.鹽燒特選日本產和牛牛排肉嘅雪花分佈細密,又唔會太膩.鹽燒特選日本產和牛肉眼,比牛排肉更加肥美,雖然過癮,但如果食得多就可能會覺得有少少膩.食燒肉多少都有啲熱氣,於是就叫埋飲品試試.梅梳打有粒梅晌杯入面,鹹鹹酸酸咁幾消滯.荔枝梳打,相對起嚟就比較甜.
