To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為九龍人,很多時食飯都會去九龍城,因為這里食肆林立,提供很大的選擇空間,人聞亦聞,所以晚上比較難揾位,其實,附近的新蒲崗就是另一個好選擇,自從附近的大型商場成立已來,行街購物方便了,同時也帶動附近人流漸多,不斷有新食肆進駐。曾經舊機場時代風光無限的地區,也開始因而興旺了不少。我是一個喜歡懷舊的人,不少時候會選擇和家人到新蒲崗用膳,每逢蹈入這區,父母總是有滔滔不絕的話題,很有那些年的味道,因此對這區情亦有獨鍾。貼在門口左下角的宣傳海報,$198/位,而且不收加一,茶芥,的確吸引。父母一致通過決定一試。原來是順德出名的粥水火鍋,一盤清淡的粥水為鍋底,店主介紹這是選用日本珍珠米煮成,無油,無味精,非常健康。首先提供預設的7款時令海鮮,操作非常簡易,當粥水煲滾後,按次序落各鮮去煮,時間一到,便可撈起,海鮮是預設的,份量不多,但勝在味道夠鮮,落蝦的時候,蝦受熱會亂跳,為免被彈親,提醒大家最好用鍋鏟壓住,以防萬一。待完成食海鮮之後,這個時候的粥底開始錦密,便可以加入南瓜、芋頭、粟米落去煮,待煮滾後開始放入款6款自選火鍋配料。務求讓鮮味延續。眼明手快的侍應,見到我們差不多食完那6款配料,就前來把粥

眼明手快的侍應,見到我們差不多食完那6款配料,就前來把粥膽,蛋槳倒入鍋內,最後再加上豬油渣、芫茜、菜脯、冬菜及蔥花攪拌均勻後,粥底吸收了第一輪海鮮的精華再匯合第二輪配料的味道再加上第三輪的配料,此時,盛上一碗百寶粥,作為完美的句點。
