去完泰國旅行,對泰菜依然心掛掛,所以今晚決定食一餐泰菜。我同太太點咗明爐青檸蒸烏頭,泰式咖哩牛腩,泰式炒雜菜,一份薄餅。炒菜方面,菜好爽脆,亦好夠濃味,唔算好特別。青檸蒸烏頭配料好足,幾乎活埋咗條魚,唔錯,建議俾條魚熱一陣,等啲汁夠味啲先食,同埋淋啲上魚面,否則魚面比較淡,魚嘅口感都新鮮,冇泥味亦唔會霉。咖哩牛腩正呀,咖哩好濃椰汁香(我估係椰汁咋),好濃厚,牛腩有好多牛筋,煮得夠冧,我鍾意,配埋脆脆地嘅薄餅點汁食,一流,薄餅食完一份,再叫多咗一份。最後嘅芒果糯米飯都唔錯,芒果都算甜,一份有兩種米,黑同白糯米,兩種口感,加埋甜椰槳,作為飯後甜品絕對合格。
