突然想食buffet,又有人話這間好,所以去試一次,一去到service不是太好,不過心想算la,係北角預咗係咁,雖然這間酒店標榜自己係"5星",坐低後就出了去攞生蠔,青口,龍蝦,我覺得生蠔,青口,都幾好食,但龍蝦就太"un",round 2攞了刺身,整碟都幾好,除了劍魚如果我無記錯個名,實在一食就知係cheap貨,round 3攞了湯,好似碗仔翅,但街邊好食過佢,round 4 海鮮粥,這個都幾好,round 5 攞了鵝肝,因見好多人排隊,心想試下,點知一食出事,因味道太似將西沙用微波爐叮出來的味道,所以即係吐番出來,可能是我個人問題,round 6 攞了salad,幾好食,其他hot dish,我無食過,不過我女友話不太好食,所以最後大家食了雪糕和甜品做總結.chef 都ok,但waitress就要再培訓其實我去這間都是為了食冷盤,刺身和甜品,所以下次都會再去.
