To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 情人節, 我既情人帶我去元朗鬼鬼祟祟, 原來帶我食我恨左好耐既OMAKASE!!!就咁睇MENU已經好興奮!! 每日MENU都唔同, 睇下時令魚生, 食物係D咩而定既,左口魚加左岩鹽同柚子汁入口D魚油即化開, 包住海膽食法又有唔同, 多一份海水的甜獅魚 即係野生油甘魚左面係柚子口味, 好有和風既味道右面係腩位, 背隻輕輕一燒, 迫左D魚油出黎, 好滿足好幸福池魚 魚味濃郁配上薑同蔥 回味無窮炸松葉蟹腳 再沾蟹膏好香濃 一d都唔heavy金目鯛配金箔俄羅斯魚子高貴又簡單 未食已經好滿足牡丹蝦蝦膏壽司食指咁長既牡丹蝦加上 蝦頭既蝦膏, 簡直絕配蒸煮過既鮑魚, 鮑魚一D都唔韌 配上鮑魚肝醬好creamy好香,食唔曬D鮑魚肝醬 用一細團飯混合鮑魚肝醬一齊食... 真係未試過呢個食法赤海膽杯同情人Share 剛剛好拍賣馬糞海膽 3000蚊底食到呢一件海膽壽司一D都唔易
