板長的日本菜都頗為有水準,所以點了不少菜式。上桌的是海膽三色迷你丼,海膽和魚子的分量十分多,入口有新鮮而不腥。丼的上面加了少許京蔥作中和。刺身的賣相也十分美,口感也很夠凍。三文魚刺是厚切,要分幾口才能吃完。朋友最鐘愛鐵板墨魚,上桌時鐵板滋滋作響,香氣四溢,墨魚有用特別醬油醃製過,特別香口。
