To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

26/2/2014呢幾日濕粒粒，心情唔好之餘完全冇胃口食野。於是求求其其搵間野食粉面什麼的，走左去九龍灣工業果間譚仔，（只因非LUNCH TIME佢比較少人）。其實我平時都愛食譚仔，所以合埋眼都嗌到餐。今日試新野，「豬潤竹笙中辣」。講真個豬潤冇可怕既味道，起碼好味過我娘親煮既～呢個禮拜第一次食晒D野！不過真心講句，6蚊一杯野飲唔算太抵，我建議大家自備野飲
