To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去新蒲崗開會，開完會後同幾個同事去附近食晚飯，上 openrice 睇下有乜好食，見到滿粥順德粥底火鍋～於是就去揾食😋去到門口，唔使等位，侍應話如果晏d就好多人，最好book位～入面地方唔算大，有十幾張枱，坐底後，侍應介紹我地$198/位海鲜餐，有6款海鮮，再加火鍋配料，於是我地4人order左4個$198套餐，有蝦、鮑魚、蟹、貴妃蚌、蜆2款，材料都好新鮮～侍應教我地食海鮮既先後次序，每張枱都有個timer方便睇時間，等d海鮮唔會煮過龍，食完海鮮後，再食自選配料～之後就食粥底，侍應加飯、冬菜、朱油渣、蛋⋯⋯，煲左大約10分鐘就食得～煲粥好鮮甜、所有既海鮮精華都在粥入面，真係好好食～下次依間火鍋店值得再黎👍
