To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一年一度四姊妹為九月之星慶祝生日，難得大家喜愛海鮮，一於試下滿粥，地方雖小，但他們用特色的三層上菜架放滿新鮮的海產，非常吸引又慳位，最緊要是海鮮樣樣都新鮮，蝦仍會動，肉蟹很大隻，扇貝花甲，蜆沒有沙，非常乾淨，鮮甜，本來想再加單龍蝦，可惜要預訂的，所以下次來的時候一定預訂龍蝦試試，這間可以介紹給朋友再來聚餐，值得再來！
