To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友送了張$200現金券，就去食了，即刻入座，環境好暗....叫了一個牛扒餐和焦糖布丁(還是蘋果批?不記得了)牛扒普普通通，OUTBXXK絕對好食過多多聲。焦糖布丁到我吃完牛扒還未出現，追問了侍應，侍應說漏單了，因為要20分鐘準備，叫我不如改另一款。OK改就改啦，改了芝士蛋糕，心想凍餅即刻切出來，不用等太久，怎知道等了15分鐘還未見蛋糕蹤影！又問侍應怎麼還未有蛋糕，侍應一CHECK之下原來芝士蛋糕賣完了！賣完了不早說？？？漏單就漏單啦！好吧，再改，改OREO凍餅，再等了10分鐘都未有，想找個侍應問問，哈！哈！哈！整間餐廳一個侍應都無！！！離譜！！！我再等了10分鐘後才見到一個貌似職位高級點的經理(衣著不同)，跟經理說明了這漏單3次等的甜品，1分鐘後，經理就拿給我了。明明是1分鐘可以上抬的甜品，Mezzo拖了這麼久才給我！！講返OREO凍餅，得個甜字4星級酒店的餐廳！呵呵！
