sep 20, 11.............13人嚟dinner.........多謝攪手為大家安排咗 :1) 普寧炸豆腐-薄脆嘅表面,裡面滑-平時食到嘅潮式炸豆腐,都會食到有陣豆燶味,呢個都有,但幸好唔強烈-伴以潮式dressing2) 芋蓉香酥鴨-炸皮酥鬆,食到芋蓉為主,鴨嘅部份真喺唔多覺3) 凍烏頭-比其他食客嘅烏頭大條,而且尾部仲無綁到標籤-好似蒸耐咗,肉質結實咗d,唔鬆-個豆豉汁唔喺鹹鮮4) 蠔爽-蠔仔雖少,但每隻都好漲卜卜,好肥美-蠔味都濃,有食友話喺佐敦嘅x江酒家更好........有機會等我去翻兜先~~~~5) 鵝肝-都算嫩口,起碼唔"鞋"-滷水味不重-底下墊有豆腐-豆腐都ok滑6) 鵝片拼鵝件-鵝片嘅滷水味不重,肉質真常,不算嫩滑,鵝件(連骨)雖然唔多肉,但就入味好多,而且肉質嫩滑好多-最底都喺墊有豆腐7) 生醃鰤魽-其實除咗魚生外,基本上對其他生嘢都有點抗拒-今次喺我第1次食鰤魽............仲要喺生食添-只食咗1隻-望落去都幾乾淨,個殼都幾雪白-很濃嘅蒜同芫茜味-味道喺鮮,也有好輕微嘅腥味8) 滷水鵝腸-佢嘅肥美度喺少見的-腸爽,+再埋肥膏嘅甘香,無異

-初時以為喺小棠菜鍋貼,但食到有微微甘味,又聽到食友講"涼瓜"2字,先知道喺用上了涼瓜
-很有突破
-入口不油膩,蝦膠稱職,涼瓜1d都唔苦,只喺微甘,很有個性

-這個甜度適中,又唔重漿粉感

-清心丸帶煙韌,如果份量多d會更好

18) 手打肉醬粿汁
-第1次見識咩叫粿汁
-食友話粿都喺由米漿做出來的,外形幾片叠埋,碎碎哋,唔會好似河粉咁完整1條條
-入口就有點"粉腍",不知是否煮得耐咗
-反而最讚喺個手打肉,肉質喺爽口,彈牙.........問食友點做出嚟........佢哋話喺靠"撻"出嚟,好讓空氣可以混到入去
-個湯味重,有中芹香
