To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我係一名粥痴，聽朋友講新浦崗有間火鍋店用粥底打邊爐，我聽到就雙眼發光😍今日就約朋友仔去食啦👏🏻餐廳細細，座位約有二十幾個，好彩我地有訂檯咋😝套餐包7款海鮮，另外可自選6款配菜打邊爐每位$198店員會幫手落海鮮，當海鮮熟咗都會提我地食得啦，咁就唔會太熟唔好食😘基圍蝦好大隻肉質爽口新鮮最大隻蜆好爽脆鮮甜，30秒食得肉蟹有好多膏架，好厚肉自選配菜，有肉類、菜類、菇類我就覺得豚肉最好味好吸引既海鮮粥呀😍所有海鮮配菜食飽飽，店員就會幫手煲粥啦期待咗好耐既海鮮粥出場啦，好綿好鮮味，加咗些南瓜同粟米令粥更鮮甜，食埋碗粥就十分飽啦仲有件南瓜餅送呀用粥底打邊爐真係好掂👍🏻
