雪舟是區內一家知名鐵板燒店,師傅們皆有閱暦,手法純熟,特式是經驗豐富,願意細心聆聽客人的要求;而最重要當然是材料上乘,擺盤有心機,水準穩定,性價比合理。不過不玩潮流玩意,別期望難忘驚喜。 這晚我們吃了$2888 龍蝦二人餐,龍蝦及飛驒牛是主角,亦是全程亮點,回味無窮! 流程暢順,先來「季節沙律」, 然後是甜蝦、池魚他他及章紅魚「刺身拼盤」。餐前湯「南瓜湯」「澳洲龍蝦」非常生猛,走到最後依然眼碌碌。 肉質非常有彈性,以蝦膏煮汁調味,另配香草汁。今日廚師推介是「日本金目鯛」,即日飛機貨,早上才剛到,怕腥唔食魚的朋友亦無需擔心,煎至皮脆肉嫩有汁,配蘆筍。「鵝肝」煎至兩面金黃燒脆,中央保持粉嫩,油光亮麗;以意大利黑醋汁、香草或翠玉瓜相伴提味,有助平衡膩感。 吃過「飛驒牛」才知其豐腴特式,我喜歡厚燒,咬下非常鬆化,口內先有脂肪爆破之肥美感、然後是牛肉之嚼勁,雙重享受。 蘸備用之酸汁吃很合拍。另一個選擇可以揀薄切,不過我不喜歡炸蒜的甘苦味夾在牛肉片內一起吃,個人口味覺得大減滿足感。 「鐵板燒炒飯」、「季節野菜」、「味噌湯」,「香之物」,炒飯粒粒分明,乾濕度適中,材料豐富。 最後的甜點是「靜岡蜜瓜」
