To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好多人鍾意食炒滑蛋嘅朋友都知道去澳牛食,食嘅唔只係味道,仲有快、狠、凖嘅服務,但佢哋個通粉同意粉真係麻麻,相反華聲冰室除滑蛋做得也不錯外,通粉是做得比較好的。行完書展,手持一大袋戰利品,經過見到華聲無人排隊,即入,侍應示意我去一張三人枱,我坐二人位置那邊,點了中午十二點後供應的常餐,义燒意粉,火腿煎蛋,牛油多士,咖啡或茶($38,凍飲加$32),落單時,侍應會問食意粉通粉?煎蛋炒蛋?最後決定义燒通粉、火腿炒蛋、牛油多士、凍檸茶,更點多個魔鬼潛艇($23)。先來火腿炒蛋,牛油多士,單看炒蛋顏色與質感已見嫩滑,食過後還是澳牛好少少,但已經很不錯,火腿屬來貨,微微加熱過,無特別,牛油多士是用厚多士,烘得夠乾身,如果多啲牛油更好;义燒通粉,通粉不會煮到過腍,有咬口,配湯一齊食很不錯,义燒也有5-6塊,味道也是不錯的,整體好過澳牛好多;魔鬼潛艇,是用長潛艇熱狗,再夾着一條切開咗嘅大香腸,加上相信係秘製沙律醬,再一分為二,加一塊青瓜、一塊番茄伴碟,潛艇包同腸都只是暖的,其實只不過是大份量之熱狗,味道不過不失;而飲品當然繼續點較早前從網上得知「甜飲全球每年殺18萬人,凍檸茶是兇手之一」成日害人不淺嘅

茶餐廳同冰室經常要因入座人數被調位而配合,而值得一讚是侍應見我有兩大袋,叫我不用調,最後安排咗一人坐我對面;另一樣宣傳技巧做得好是枱上放了同集團但不同品牌之特色餐牌菜式連食物相,令我有衝動好想去試!
