To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港茶餐廳很多，這家是以澳門為基礎的茶餐廳，但是他的風格和食品卻很接近香港茶餐廳的。當然了澳門茶餐廳就必有豬仔包早餐有新鮮焗熱的豬仔包，這個真不要錯過，麵包香濃之餘還要加上煉奶，這種傳統風味，真是不能抵擋。沙嗲牛肉米粉，沙嗲內含花生醬，雖然份量不多，但味道還是不錯。炒蛋，看似基本的東西，這家茶餐廳居然用瑤柱來炒，在雞蛋中，你的味蕾會感覺到海鮮味，香濃的海鮮海洋味道會令你覺得很新鮮和惹味。他的服務是傳統的香港快靚正，很有香港風情。
