To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次我嚟到譚仔三哥米線，心懷著滿腔的食慾，準備好好享受一番。🍜 第一口竹笙肉絲米線，已經令我覺得開心到飛起！湯頭鮮得嚟，辣得啱啱好，個面滑溜溜嘅，竹笙咬落去爽彈彈，滿嘴生津，真係宜家諗起都肚餓。🤤再來個土匪雞翼，呀！嗰皮焦香得嚟唔乾，掰開黎肉汁嗲嗲，入口即溶，咬一啖真係回味無窮。雞翼細咗小小，不過每隻仲係保持住佢嘅美味精髓。👅食完暖笠笠嘅熱辣辣米線，點可以放過甜品？最後安排咗個布丁，甜度啱哂，咕嚕咕嚕嘅口感解辣，收尾實在太完美！呢家店嘅味道，真係何止一個「正」字可以形容，每一次都令我吃得咁開心，唔哂天，譚仔三哥米線，我一定仲會再返嚟！🥳
