從來都冇喺香港試過阿根廷菜,喺搵地方開飯嘅時候,搵到灣仔附近新開左間,就膽粗粗想試下,就book左個位去食lunch。咁始終都未食過阿根廷菜,所以就睇下有咩食啦,原來店名Asado指嘅係一種南美洲國家燒烤技術,同埋阿根廷牛扒係幾出色架,所以都幾滿心期待。一入到餐餐,侍應已經好熱情咁招待我地,我同朋友都懷疑佢係阿根廷人,好鬼熱情~  Argentinian Prime Ribeye - 250gm. grass-fed beef with seasonal veggies咁頭先都講左阿根廷steakhouse要試牛扒架嗎,所以我叫左Ribeye,熟度係medium rare,有睇過我寫食評都知灣仔區做到啱啱哩個熟度嘅餐廳唔多,但佢上到黎切開佢,煎得啱啱好咬落幼嫩,而且牛味好濃,配埋佢個阿根廷青醬同埋雪花鹽,恰到好處,外層重煎到有少少脆,口感非常好。Pollo Grillado - grilled chicken thigh, lime criolla, blood orange, seasonal veggie另外朋友叫左雞扒,都係用燒嘅方法整嘅,所以同牛扒都係一樣野味!  我試左一啖,

另外朋友叫左雞扒,都係用燒嘅方法整嘅,所以同牛扒都係一樣野味!  
我試左一啖,雞皮煎到好脆,已經係融入左件雞肉度,
而且雞肉嫩滑多汁,同牛扒不遑多樣! 而且重要平咁多,性價比超高!


總結哩一間扒房又係一間值得黎試嘅,我見中環分店晚餐都好吸引,有機會我一定會去埋試試。
