To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到網上食評忍唔住買個外賣一試可惜呢間店嘅廚師今晚失晒水準(見圖)已經 明顯 煲仔燒到黑晒,一打開賣相好差 個煲燒到 黑晒似重用又重用過好多次咁食落啲飯有一陣陣火水味冇焦香,只有 燶味似乎師傅大火過頭另願廚師輕輕焗熱就算,冇飯焦 起碼我有個晚飯食燒燶底了只有 面頭半個飯可以食外賣攞到返屋企冇得換跟餐個湯更加難飲,廚師失手超級 極度太咸到要倒,好浪費有一件服務值得欣賞,櫃檯服務姐姐好有禮貌,而且好貼心。外賣煲紙盒太熱,要求櫃面姐姐幫手放入膠袋容易手提回家 完全冇托手踭,立即答應。

冇焦香,只有 燶味
似乎師傅大火過頭

另願廚師輕輕焗熱就算,冇飯焦 起碼我有個晚飯食
燒燶底了
只有 面頭半個飯可以食
外賣攞到返屋企冇得換


跟餐個湯更加難飲,廚師失手超級 極度太咸到要倒,好浪費

有一件服務值得欣賞,櫃檯服務姐姐好有禮貌,而且好貼心。外賣煲紙盒太熱,要求櫃面姐姐幫手放入膠袋容易手提回家
完全冇托手踭,立即答應
