上週一開心派對後,我們一幫食友還去了圓方吃火辣京川,地點就是 稻成亞丁。稻城亞丁是四川西部的小城市,可想而知這裡提供甜魔媽媽的家鄉川菜,再加上一些京菜,其實想吃已久,正好人多可以試多些菜式,也不介意吃完朱古力再吃飯會長胖了~ 派對中已吞了不少小吃,當晚八個人跳過頭盤涼菜,點了多款主菜點心,超級豐富,首先是 孜然寸骨 ($108),經脆炸後的排骨肉不多、卻勝在金黃脆口、不油膩又惹味,水準不錯。 八個人要了兩籠 稻成小籠包 ($48/4隻),成品個子挺大,皮薄多摺而且湯汁鮮美,一隻下來十分滿足! 同時也點了兩份 鮮肉鍋貼 ($48/4隻),同樣都是肉鮮湯甜、底部煎得香脆更覺吸引,不過那餃子巨大同時外皮稍為厚身,吃下去挺飽肚的啊。 食友推介的 螞蟻上樹 ($82),其實就是粉絲肉碎,因菜中的肉碎像爬上樹上的螞蟻、而粉絲像樹木的紋路而得名,是老鄉一款老菜;這裡做得幾乾爽,帶點辣意挺惹味,可味道稍鹹了~ 吃川菜怎能少了水煮菜式?要了一份大的 水煮桂花魚 ($338),魚片嫩滑鮮辣好吃,不過個人更愛是紅湯中的薯粉,可惜後來越浸越鹹,唯有作罷。也點了 麻婆豆腐 ($82),個人認為吃川菜沒有標準味道

也點了 麻婆豆腐 ($82),個人認為吃川菜沒有標準味道,只要廚子將調味平衡得宜就好吃,而這裡的麻婆豆腐,不算極香極辣或很麻,但調味引人入勝,為它我也要了白飯,撈著吃!

之後也點了一些京菜,當中首推這 恭親王京燒羊腩 ($158),金黃脆炸的外表薄帶一層凝脂,其下是軟熟嫩滑的羊腩,那一脆一嫩的口感配合太妙,而且羶味不重怕羶的也可嘗試!

另一款 鐵板干燒蝦球 ($188),所用蝦球碩大爽脆,那醬汁有點似麻婆豆腐的味但多份酸甜,麻香辣酸兼有之味道很豐富又醒胃,我也吃了不少。

也點了兩款蔬菜平衡一下,清炒萵筍絲 ($78),不,應該說萵筍是我始終沒吃上癮的菜,這晚吃了一口就停。至於 乾煸四季豆 ($82) 炒得幾惹味,但還可再乾身一些。

有食力的食友最後還來一份 尖椒牛肉炒拉麵 ($118),成品夠鑊氣而不太油,而且料比麵還多,但我那還吃得下!其實是太貪心點多了,今餐有好些菜式都要打包走。

超級飽了,但最後還是吃兩款甜品,首先的 豆沙窩餅 金黃香脆、皮薄不油,中間的豆沙豐富澎湃,很合甜魔口胃,如非太飽我真想全部將之KO!

還有 酒釀桂花丸子 也有驚喜,甜湯夠香甜又清香,中間的丸子也挺有咬口(超怕煮至粉糊糊的口感!!),加起來很好吃呢,明明說飽結果又吃掉半盅。
