越火越式湯粉西環厚和街28號順昌大廈地下E號舖係西環工作都近3年多了, 好多餐廳都食到悶, 所以我都幾留意新開架餐廳, 可以轉口吁試新野, 諗起成個人都精神D。最能食出真章一定是點火車頭,我第一次幫襯食越南湯麵都必然是點佢。 有齊生牛肉, 牛丸, 牛腩,牛柏葉同魷魚。 $75 火車頭湯粉, 牛柏葉同魷魚就食爽口質地, 至於主角生牛肉, 一定要湯夠熱沈到6-7成熟又仲有粉紅色。有埋香葉, 生辣椒粒同青檸加落湯, 正宗同令到個湯升華。食到一滴咖哩粉都無$93 咖哩雞球煲跟蒜蓉包, 跟蒜蓉包唔洗再額外點, 咖哩汁香, 黃薑粉同咖哩味都突出。辣度對我而言是中等, 佢個雞球就起了骨,食時更方便。湯粉口味眾多, 亦有小食供應, 新開小店值得再ENCORE‧
