To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黃大仙中心的元氣壽司經過翻身後，由原本的迴轉變成現在的火車送壽司，之前一直想體驗一下，現在正好遇上了！坐位一樣是迴轉的吧枱，不過眼前是三層火車軌。點菜方面每人都有台平板電腦，想要什麼便點什麼，點完會送到自己面前，把壽司拿下來後按個製，火車便會離開。可惜，這個方法除了方便店家以及節約人手，幾乎對客人沒什麼好處！首先，每次只能點8道菜。這個限製不知有何意義，我把8道菜下單後，立即再點，其實限制就是形同虛設。其次，我點了2件帆立貝壽司，店家真的分開2隻碟給我上菜！如果是1份2件的三文魚壽司，還是會放在一個碟上。結果我除了把食物由火車拿下來，還得把滿桌的圓碟收拾好，讓我吃得好累。第三，火車速很快，壽司上的薑蓉或醬來到時都變得歪歪斜斜，觀感不好。除了以上火車送壽司的缺點外，這家分店的食物質素都不怎麼樣，以加州卷為例：只件壽司裡面只有2件有牛油果，和其他餐廳相比，這家店的分量太少了啊！
