To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前言:下午趕住九龍開會,在這兒來個快速午餐。十二點九,全場爆滿,人頭湧湧。食物和評語:棄馳名「一哥焗豬」,試其「$27 兩餸客飯」,再加上$5 地鐵現金卷,只需要$22 而巳!是日只有三款餸以供選擇:三色蒸水蛋、鹹魚雞粒豆腐、蘿蔔牛腩。配白飯和熱飲或餐湯。餸選了蒸水蛋拼鹹魚雞粒豆腐。。長方形食物盤,有兩方格是餸,一長方格是白飯。蒸水蛋顏色相當黃,說不定加入了色素有一小片皮蛋,無論皮蛋、鹹蛋、還是雞蛋味道,統統吃不出!說白一點,好似吃緊無豆味的豆腐!至於所謂鹹魚雞粒豆腐更可怕!約一湯匙的蒸鹹魚雞肉餅配以半片無味的布包豆腐,就連豉油都是唔鹹的!白飯偏濕,糊糊的,相當災難的一餐!餐飲點了熱「即磨咖啡」,要求少奶,仍覺味淡,難飲!雖然有$5 現金卷,只需$22 便有兩個餸、白飯和熱飲一杯,看似相當便宜,但食物質素壓根兒就是「唔放得入口食」!大概短期內都唔會再光顧此分店。
