| 日本師傅主理 | 位於尖沙咀鬧市格蘭中心地舖位置, 一入門口之後就好似快閃咗日本一轉... 當日有兩位日籍師傅坐陣, 處理串燒料理嘅係山口武師傅。 呢度主打燒鳥用上嘅日本鹿兒島嘅 黒さつま鶏 係刺身級數,所以師傅大約會燒到七成熟,有少許粉嫩程度,保留滿滿嘅肉汁。 晚市有兩個set選擇,分別係八串course (HK$498) 及十串course (HK$698) ,兩者都有湯及甜品,另外亦有單點選擇。 首先上嘅會係鹽燒嘅串燒 ,遂串即燒即上,後上嘅會係濃味嘅醬油串燒 。最後仲有個超讚嘅自家製雞白湯拉麵!店員話佢哋個湯底煲足十小時,我全個湯都飲曬! 當晚全部串燒都好好食,亦都係因為吧檯嘅關係,所以直接望到師傅喺面前炭燒,額外加分!我最喜歡嘅係雞頸,脆脆地爽爽地油脂又豐富!
