【炭燒香脆雞蛋仔】 HKD23.假日黎到大澳🏝,多人得恐怖😱,仲好記得出番市區嗰陣等左一個鐘先上到旅遊巴😅。大澳除左大墨魚🦑、豆腐花、蝦豬餅🌮等美食之外,聽講雞蛋仔都係好多人話要試。同普遍食到嘅唔同,係以炭火燒製🔥,伯伯🧓🏻一個人加蛋漿,加炭,逐底逐底整,每底平均需要3️⃣至4️⃣分鐘至食到。想食嘅都要預留乎時間排隊。雞蛋仔攞起手熱辣辣♨️,望落金黃,食落外脆內軟,帶點蛋香。不過炭香味唔突出🤔,感覺同平時食到嘅差別唔大。整體味道不過不失,排左半個鐘多啲,自己試一次就夠,一場黎到會想試其他特色野。.📍大澳華記香脆雞旦仔大澳石仔埗街121號地下
