To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

哇！這家餐廳的炸雲吞真係可以話是炸到零失誤！👏 外皮炸得金黃酥脆，咬落去那種「卜卜」聲真係太過癮了。雲吞入面嘅蝦肉新鮮彈牙，簡直係「咸香惹味」嘅極致。我通常對炸食唔係咁感冒，但呢個絕對係例外！接著係招牌炸豬扒炒麵，呢碟一上枱就已經香氣撲鼻。「焦香噴鼻」嘅豬扒配上「麵韌勁彈」的炒麵，食落嗰種美妙嘅口感糅合真係讓人難以忘懷。雖然我多數鍾情於湯麵，但呢個實在太吸引，不自覺都要夸讚幾句！最後試了竹笙菜心湯麵（素食選擇），湯底清甜「滋味滿分」，竹笙爽脆嘅口感同菜心嘅翠綠新鮮，真係健康之選。但如果你肚子大過眼睛，可能會覺得落肚唔夠夠喉，要加碟炸豬扒才得夠份量。總括來講，呢家餐廳真係「美食熱潮」起勢，用料實在分量足，每一次光顧都有驚喜。快啲帶埋三五知己，一齊來享受食物嘅幸福感受啦！🍽️😋
