之前成日經過呢間鋪都見到人龍,想食呢間好耐,嗰晚終於收工過左黎食!見餐廳內嘅佈置都好復古,相反menu就冇咁多花巧野,聽個餐廳名都知道呢度係主要食豬嘅!首先嗌左個招牌菜,即係蔥油豬扒飯!聽到蔥油初初有啲驚係咪一堆油浸住咁,好彩黎到係大量嘅蔥同芝麻,油只係適量咁加落去令口感滑啲!個炸豬排真係幾正,炸得好脆,唔厚粉,中間亦唔會好鞋,而且斬開幾舊,易食啲!後加左隻蛋,蛋汁送飯正!女仔細食嘅建議嗌少飯,因為份量都真係幾多!男朋友嗌左豬軟骨飯,豬軟骨用炆嘅方法煮都好林!調味亦唔錯。炒蛋應該用左2隻以上嘅蛋去炒先有咁厚,好滑另外嗌左個芝麻雞翼,呢個我就覺得一般,雖然炸物黎講佢係做得幾好,但調味唔夠入味,只係喺面灑左調味粉。整體呢間餐廳幾好,在中環價錢尚算便宜

另外嗌左個芝麻雞翼,呢個我就覺得一般,雖然炸物黎講佢係做得幾好,但調味唔夠入味,只係喺面灑左調味粉。整體呢間餐廳幾好,在中環價錢尚算便宜
