今年第一餐煲仔飯,幫襯咗深水埗嘅琦興餐廳。三個人,叫咗兩個煲仔飯,另外再加隻小店名物生炸巨型雞脾。首先要讚既係價錢好親民:煲仔飯六十蚊起就有交易,加個炒菜都只不過係加十蚊,店員仲送我哋一人一個例湯,超級窩心🥰。兩個煲仔飯嘅配料都係一絲不苟:薑絲椒絲大蒜紅蔥頭一應俱全👍,我較為鍾意蒜蓉鮮魷,因為魷魚夠新鮮,蒜蓉夠惹味;臘腸排骨雖然都唔錯,但肉排則略嫌唔夠肥美。兩個煲仔飯都有少量飯焦,唔算燶,火喉欠咗少少,但整體嚟講非常唔錯。至於個炸脾就真係幾震撼,我影相時專登用隻湯羹做比較,大家可以想像巨脾到底有幾巨😮。成隻脾我覺得最好食嘅係塊皮,有啲似串燒店嘅炸雞皮,又薄又脆,超正😍;味道方面,始終係雪藏嘢,肉味就會差少少,不過咁大隻雞髀,啖啖肉,慢慢𡁻,其實都係一種享受🥳。

至於個炸脾就真係幾震撼,我影相時專登用隻湯羹做比較,大家可以想像巨脾到底有幾巨😮。成隻脾我覺得最好食嘅係塊皮,有啲似串燒店嘅炸雞皮,又薄又脆,超正😍;味道方面,始終係雪藏嘢,肉味就會差少少,不過咁大隻雞髀,啖啖肉,慢慢𡁻,其實都係一種享受🥳。
