To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

次次去親譚仔食黎食去都係墨丸腩肉，我從來都唔會試其他。但係今日見到個friend食炸醬，佢話好正，所以我都嗌黎試吓。今日我食墨魚丸炸醬蕃茄湯底，墨魚丸都係一如以往咁出色，好彈牙好香口，而個蕃茄湯底我一直以來都好滿意，所以都冇得點樣彈不過今日個番茄湯底唔知點解比平時酸少少，不過都係好好味。但係個炸醬我就真係第一次試啦，鹹鹹地咁其實幾好味，但我就略嫌多油左dd，如果少d油食落都冇咁邪惡，不過撈埋佢個番茄湯底食又真係幾夾嘅
