之前在尖沙咀食過韓式炸雞鼻祖「李家」的炸雞,依家係西灣河都食到啦🥰,而且地方明亮又時尚年青,如果天氣好,還可以坐在露。韓式有骨咖哩炸雞韓式炸雞除了口味多,而且還有分骨和冇骨揀。我比較喜歡有骨,貪佢比較皮脆又juicy 。咖哩口味香甜又惹味,連小朋友也能接受的辣度。鐵板燒牛仔骨焦香惹味的牛仔骨下面鋪上一層洋蔥絲, 洋蔥絲既可以阻擋滾燙的鐵板不停直接把牛仔骨加熱變老影響口感外,同時亦可以吸收牛仔骨的湯汁令洋蔥更清甜美味。吃完炸雞和牛仔骨, 叫多碗爽口彈牙烏東,飽肚又滿足了
