放工後,來到開幕不久的形點商場,行到攰攰地,被任食炸雞+年糕火鍋呼喚著。晚市時段有皇牌套餐(60分鐘/ $158)及升級套餐(90分鐘/$198),一場來到,當然要選升級套餐,準備飽餐一頓! 任食年糕火鍋配料很多:芝士腸、金菇、韓式餃子、韓式魚蛋串、拉麵及多款蔬菜等,比我想像中豐富。最令人難以抗拒是,自助吧定時有滋味熟食refill: 炸薯片、章魚小丸子、芝士蛋卷、韓式牛肉炒粉絲等,令我們埋沒於美食當中!年糕鍋湯底有四款: 招牌辣醬、 韓式炸醬、 韓式咖哩醬和宮廷醬油,怕辣的我,選擇了宮廷醬油,咸中帶淡甜的感覺不錯。我們趕快把配料倒入鍋中,等了5分鐘,湯底已經滾起,魚形炸物是脹卜卜的魚蛋,十分滋味;粉絲福袋包滿煙韌的韓式粉絲,吸收了甜湯,口感充實、香甜。我最喜歡是蕃薯年糕,年糕中央填滿柔滑的蕃薯漿,入口煙韌、黏糯,我也不停地Encore。我們追加了粒粒芝士(+$15),連同泡菜放入鍋中,湯底變得濃稠微辣,此時放入拉麵是最好不過。韓式拉麵比較粗身、彈牙,配上香郁的芝士湯底,惹味過癮! 牛肉炒粉絲特別煙韌、爽口,夾合雜菜絲,健康美味。芝士蛋卷絕對是必食,蛋卷包裹著三文魚籽、火腿及蔥粒等,滑

萬眾期待的炸雞終於上枱了,而每款點叫份量為5件。招牌炸雞炸至金香酥脆,表面灑上香草,令人食指大動! 厚薄有致的脆漿,脆卜卜而不油膩,內裡肉質仍然嫰滑,只是肉汁未至豐潤,但整體感覺不錯。

潘多拉炸雞(+$8)賣相吸引,農夫包當中盛載著忌廉芝士,芝士燒至微微焦黃,微微呈凝固狀態。每件炸雞有千島醬及車厘茄的dressing,必須襯新鮮脆口食。炸雞浸泡於忌廉芝士當中,柔滑的cream cheese完美的包裹著脆雞件,微酸中滲透出車厘茄香及雞油,是複雜而滋味的配搭。農夫包是新鮮製作,外脆內軟,結合芝士的精華,我們忍不住連殼也吃掉,非常邪惡!

飲品選擇繁多,套餐包一罐飲料,任飲則+$20/位。總括而言,90分鐘任食炸雞+年糕,配搭新穎,令我大飽口福之慾,炸雞款式很多,招牌炸雞及潘多拉炸雞都令人留下深刻印象。平時我都很怕熱氣,吃完炸雞,再吃醃蘿蔔及年糕鍋中的雜菜,有效解油膩。
